I am Flora, a Biochemist – Nutritionist, and I run my private nutrition clinic in eastern Thessaloniki.
In 2020, I graduated from the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the University of Thessaly, where I conducted my undergraduate thesis on the “Effect of Fasting on Redox Status Markers in Patients at the Buchinger Clinic in Germany”.
My goal is to create a fully personalised diet based on your preferences, needs, and schedule
My passion for nutrition and well-being led me to pursue a second degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. I completed my internship at the “Evexia” Rehabilitation Centre, where I designed meal plans for individuals with specific clinical conditions that required careful attention to their nutritional needs.
Subsequently, as an advocate of the view that nutrition and psychology are inextricably linked, I completed the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" from the British National Centre for Eating Disorders. I continued my education by completing the "Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition" specialisation from the Hellenic Nutrition Society, earning the title of "Paediatric Nutrition Specialist".
I regularly attend numerous conferences on Toxicology, Nutrition, and Biology, which enable me to refresh my knowledge and stay up to date with the latest developments in the health sector.
At the same time, I completed specialisation programmes at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Eating Disorders, Marketing and Branding, and Aromatherapy & Herbal Medicine.
I believe that a balanced diet is an act of self-care and, under no circumstances, should it involve deprivation or methods that would disrupt our relationship with food.
